Why not light the pathway to an evening wedding location with candles? Walking into the church or up to a gazebo in this romantic light sets the stage for an unforgettable wedding. Of course, with all the long gowns and trains worn at weddings, you'll want to avoid open flames when you are positioning candles near the ground. Stay safe by sticking to battery operated candles or votives that have been placed in lanterns.
Another great use for a candle at a wedding is as an heirloom wedding gift. Use your computer and printer to print a black and white photo of the bride and groom onto white tissue paper and wrap the tissue paper around a white pillar candle. Carefully heat the candle with an embossing gun until the tissue paper melts into the surface of the wax. The tissue paper becomes almost invisible and the result is a candle that looks as if it has been professionally inked just for the happy couple.
